Whitelisting Smart Contracts on the OKcontract Platform​

The first step is to whitelist your staking smart contract and attach it to an organization on the okcontract.com. Verify the chain and retrieve the ABI of your smart contract. The most popular DEXes are whitelisted on okcontract.com.

Creating Interface​

  • Choose the Method: This could be a simple 'stake' function, or it could include more complex features like 'stake and earn interest' or 'stake to vote'.
  • Customize Appearance: The UI component of the amount slider is automatically generated by OKcontract. Customize your widget to align with your website or app's aesthetic. Choose your preferred background color, button color and wording, add a title and additional description.
  • Test and Sign to Create: Preview your widget to ensure it functions as expected and aligns with your vision. Once you're satisfied, confirm the creation of your widget by signing with your Web3 wallet. This step authenticates your widget.

Embedding​

With the widget created, an HTML code will be generated, which you can then embed into your website or app. By doing so, you offer your users a seamless, integrated staking experience that can encourage participation, secure your network, and drive user engagement.

Interaction with the blockchain occurs via the widget, necessitating users to authorize the transaction through their Web3 wallet. Users can monitor the progress of their transaction on a blockchain explorer website, accessible through a link displayed within the widget. Upon completion of the transaction, users can view their assets in the wallet.
